This comfortable, brand-new apartment is in a very quiet location only 600 yards from the beach in Eilat, a bustling coastal resort that is the southernmost city in Israel. It is almost always sunny here, making it an excellent winter destination. Eilat offers beautiful beaches and excellent swimming, snorkeling, diving, and windsurfing. The Red Sea here is famous for its coral reefs and a unique dolphin reef where you can dive with the dolphins. If you are not a diver, you can still see the coral reefs close-up in an underwater observatory. Eilat is also an excellent base for trips into the desert, to Jerusalem and the Dead Sea, as well as Petra in Jordan and St. Katerina in Egypt. Set among palm trees, the apartment features a small, pretty garden courtyard and a balcony. It is a very short walk (200 yards) to the local supermarket, 10 minutes from the city center, and just over a mile to Eilat's international airport (ETH). The apartment includes one double bedroom, one bathroom, living room with sofabed, and fully equipped kitchen/dining area. It is comfortably furnished in contemporary style. Outdoor furniture and grill. Air conditioning. Cable TV.
